What standard do you build to?
Every assembly is built and inspected to IPC/WHMA-A-620, the industry workmanship standard for cable and wire harness assemblies. We build up to Class 3, the standard's highest class, and to any stricter requirements on your drawing.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard builds with in-stock connectors are delivered to your door anywhere in the Bay Area within 48 hours. Larger lots and parts we have to order are quoted with a firm date.
Do I need a finished harness drawing?
No. Send a drawing, a pinout, a photo of an existing cable or a sketch. We return a formal drawing with a pin-out, wire table and bill of materials for you to approve before we build.
What tests do you run?
Every assembly gets 100% point-to-point continuity and shorts testing and visual inspection. Crimp pull tests are logged per terminal lot. Insulation resistance, hipot, impedance and reliability testing are added per your drawing or on request.
What documents come with an order?
A drawing, a test report, a certificate of conformance and a traveler with lot codes for wire and connectors.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. We build prototypes, pilot runs and production quantities.
Which industries do you serve?
